India is widespread with an enormous population, yet many pockets remain devoid of any help. BIG Foundation works in such pockets, specifically in Murbad, Thane district of Maharashtra.
Our mission is holistic development—focusing on education, health, women empowerment, and employment to bring sustainable change to underprivileged communities.
We focus on five key pillars to create sustainable impact in rural lives.
Vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, and digital skills. We support financial independence through self-help groups.
Integrated initiatives focusing on education, health, and nutrition. We run tuition classes and support ashram schools.
Helping farmers during distress and training them in food processing to add value to their produce.
Addressing the disparity between urban and rural health. We provide emergency medical care and organize health camps.
Providing a platform for women artists to showcase their talents. Dance, drama, and arts workshops.
